PS BEAUTY X BELIIZABETH X FEMALE CEO

Okay guys, so Brittany and I randomly became IG friends about 2 years ago and we basically started working together instantly. We both have a wildly overactive mind and have a love all things growth and business which has made for a pretty great friendship! Between brow appointments, photoshoots and collabing on her Female CEO brand there is definitely never a dull moment!
Brittany reached out to me about partnering with her brand Female CEO and to be honest there was zero hesitation on my part.

WHY FEMALE CEO?

A message from Brittany!

“In Canada we are insanely lucky to be where we are as women but there is so much room for improvement and progression. I will be doing my best to ensure we are all supported as women in Canadian business. This year this is my main focus and what I hope to bring awareness to with the help of you all with my platform Female CEO!

Just over 82% of professional working women believe that access to and networking with female leaders will help them advance in their career.⁣ I strive to create genuine connections with the amazing and strong women I have been and will be surrounded by and do my best to give back all they have given to me through their kindness and support. Female CEO will help me create that awareness through not only networking with others but the visual of our Female CEO Apparel.

Although 82% of women aged 25 to 54 now participate in Canada’s workforce, they are still underrepresented in leadership roles. Women hold only 25% of vice-president positions, and just 15% of CEO positions.⁣ How CRAZY is that? I personally want to see that number much higher!

In its commitment to support female entrepreneurs, the federal government is making approximately $1.5 billion in new financing available to women business owners over a period of three years.⁣ Again, how awesome is Canada? Imagine if we work together, we can help work to hopefully improve not only this number but also the resources around how to utilize those finances and the ability to access growth!”

the Psask collection

I would love it if you went and checked out the collection Brittany and I made for Pamela Sask Beauty. Also a super amazing side note, $5 from every sweater goes towards the Feed it Forward charity.

“Feed it Forward is a Canadian charity that has two main goals: to feed Canadians that are food insecure, and to reduce food waste. 53% of all food produced in Canada ends up in landfills while 1 in 5 families currently live with food insecurities and it’s only getting worse. Our mission is two-fold: to save perfectly good food otherwise destines for the landfill and to provide food insecure Canadians in need of quality nutritious food and balanced meals. There’s never been more urgent time to help out local communities, and that’s where Feed it Forward comes in.”
